ESAG Design Hub publishes editorial content in the Knowledge Center. We do not sell products, run ads, or operate a newsletter. This policy explains what reaches our servers when you read, contribute a comment, or contact us by email, and how we handle that information.
What we collect when you visit
Like most sites, our hosting environment and content delivery network (CDN) generate standard server logs. These logs include your IP address, the pages you request, date and time of request, referrer information when provided by your browser, and your user agent (browser and device type). We use these logs to operate the site, secure it, and diagnose performance issues.
We do not run analytics on this site and we do not use advertising or affiliate trackers.
Comments
Articles may allow readers to leave a comment. If you post a comment, the site stores the text you submit along with the name you provide, your email address, your IP address, and your browser user agent. This helps with moderation and with detecting abuse.
If you choose to save your details for next time, WordPress places a small cookie in your browser so you do not have to retype your name and email on your next visit. If you prefer not to be remembered, do not select that option and clear cookies from your browser.
We do not send comment data to third-party spam or moderation services.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
– Server logs are kept for a limited period needed for security and operations, after which they are rotated or deleted.
– Comment data is kept as long as the comment remains published. If a comment is removed during moderation, associated personal data may be deleted along with it.
– Administrative records and email correspondence are kept as long as needed for editorial, legal, or operational reasons.
International transfers
Because our hosting, CDN, and email services may use distributed infrastructure, your information can be processed in multiple countries. We apply the same handling practices described here regardless of where processing occurs.
Your choices and rights
– You can disable or clear cookies in your browser.
– You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and you may object to certain processing such as the publication of a comment you authored.
– You can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe your rights have been infringed. We would appreciate the chance to address your concerns directly first.
Children
Our content is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. If you believe we have collected personal information from a child, contact us and we will address the issue.
