DMCA Policy
ESAG Design Hub respects the intellectual property rights of others. As a knowledge center offering insights into design, art, and cultural narratives, we expect our users and contributors to uphold similar standards. We adhere to the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and promptly address valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.
This policy outlines the process for copyright holders to notify us of alleged infringement on our website, esagdesignhub.ae. It also describes the procedure for those who believe their content was wrongly removed.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must be in writing and sent to our Designated Agent. Please ensure your notice includes all the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. Include details sufficient to locate the work.
- Identification of the material on our website that you claim infringes your copyright. Provide enough information (e.g., URL) to allow us to locate the material.
- Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Counter-Notification Process
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. This counter-notice must be in writing and sent to our Designated Agent. Please ensure it includes the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which ESAG Design Hub may be found).
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the original complaining party. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed material may be replaced or access restored within 10 to 14 business days after we receive the counter-notification.

Repeat Infringer Policy
ESAG Design Hub maintains a strict policy regarding repeat infringers. We will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers. This action will be taken at our sole discretion, following appropriate notice and investigation of infringement claims.
